Emissions from toxic screens have multiplied more than 300% in the last 7 years

Since the 2013 results of the presentations by the scientific team of University Complutense of Madrid (UCM), it has been well known that the light emitted from device screens can cause serious damage to our vision. Since that time, based on the results from UCM, contrary to what should have happened, unfortunately the new screens emit much more toxic light than their predecessors.

When one analyzes the range of products from the same leading manufacturer, for example smartphones that were sold in 2011, emitted slightly less than a third of blue light in comparison to its newer version replacements at the end of 2018.

There are mainly two main factors that clearly show this increase. One is the increase of blue light emissions, as seen in the graph below, per the evolution of each device in the peak of blue light emissions, with an increase of 145%, between 2011 and 2018.

Reticare

The second cause is the increase in screen size that has grown, a 219% increase, by the leading, same manufacturer. Not only the newer screens emit much more light than before, they are also more than twice as big as they were a few years ago.

Reticare

As a result of these two variables, the increase in comparative toxic light emissions of this popular brand, which is one of the undisputed market leaders, is 3.2 times greater in only seven years

Reticare

All of the data as shown should alert users of the serious risks they are up against by exposure to the new screens, if used without Reticare filters that are scientifically proven to block the toxicity of light that can cause irreversible retina damage. The best method would be to take corrective measures, ideally at the time of purchase, and immediately install Reticare before starting to use the devices. It is important to have Reticare protection on all your devices. After all of these facts, contrary to what one might expect, the screens have become more toxic than the previous ones.

The factors above that apply to smartphones, is also true for tablets, laptops, monitors and television screens.
