Touching your eyes is a serious health hazard

How many times do you touch your eyes? 

Unconsciously, especially when we are concentrating and working, we repeatedly touch our face and our eyes. Most do not realize or aware of how many times we do these movements during the course of the day.

According to surveys, when we're in front of our screens, we touch our eyes more than 10 times per hour, on the average. 

Why is it so dangerous to touch your eyes?
