Sustainable and Responsible Technology S.L. (hereinafter TSR) informs users of the website about its policy regarding the treatment and protection of personal data of users and clients that may be collected through the browsing or hiring of services via its website.
In this regard, TSR guarantees compliance with the current regulations regarding the protection of personal data, as reflected in the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and in the Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, approved on December 5, 2018 (LOPDyGDD). The use of this website implies acceptance of this privacy policy.
COLLECTION, PURPOSE AND DATA PROCESSING
TSR has the duty to inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, either through the sending of emails or by completing the forms included on the website. In this regard, TSR will be considered responsible for the data collected through the means previously described.
TSR informs users that the purpose of processing the collected data includes: responding to requests made by users, inclusion in the contact list, provision of services, management of the business relationship, and sending informational content and offers via email.
The operations, management, and technical procedures carried out either automatically or manually that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer, and other actions regarding personal data are considered personal data processing.
All personal data collected through the Reticare website, and therefore considered personal data processing, will be included in the files declared to the Spanish Data Protection Agency by TSR.
COMMUNICATION OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
TSR informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third organizations, except where such data transfer is required by legal obligation or when the provision of a service implies the necessity of a contractual relationship with a data processor. In the latter case, the data transfer to the third party will only occur when TSR has obtained the user's express consent.
USER RIGHTS
The Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data grants interested parties the possibility to exercise a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data.
As long as the user data is subject to processing by TSR, users may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition in accordance with the provisions of the current legal regulations on the protection of personal data.
To exercise these rights, the user must send a written communication, providing documentation that verifies their identity (ID card or passport), to the following address: Tecnología Sostenible y Responsable S.L. (TSR), Verano, 34. Torrejón de Ardoz, Madrid (Spain) or the address that may be substituted in the General Registry of Data Protection. This communication must reflect the following information: Name and surname of the user, the request application, the address, and the supporting data.
The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, they may be executed by an authorized person as the legal representative of the authorized party. In this case, documentation proving this representation of the interested party must be provided.
